  3. Transportation method and estimated time

    Fast delivery: 1 – 3 working days
    International standard delivery: 7 – 20 working days
    Note: The actual transportation time may be affected by factors such as weather, customs, and flight delays.
  4. Tariffs and import and export instructions
    Within the United States: All goods are shipped from the US warehouse and no additional tariffs are charged.
    International orders:
    The product price does not include any import taxes, tariffs, or other customs clearance fees of the destination country.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with the import regulations of their country and pay the corresponding fees (if applicable).
    We will provide the true declared value and product description as required by the customs.
  5. Logistics Tracking and Order Status
    A trackable logistics number will be provided for each order after shipment.
    You can check the logistics status in real time through the “My Order” page or by clicking the tracking link we sent.
    If the logistics information has not been updated for more than 5 working days, please contact us through the customer service email.
  6. Transportation Risk and Lost Item Policy
    Once the package is delivered to the logistics company, we will do our best to assist in tracking, but we are not directly responsible for delays, loss or damage during the logistics process. It is recommended that you choose a transportation method that supports compensation.
    If the package is returned due to incorrect address, absence of the recipient, unpaid customs duties, etc., we can reschedule the shipment, but additional shipping costs may be incurred.
