  2. Inapplicable situations for return and exchange
    The following products or situations do not support return and exchange:
    Close-fitting products, such as earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
    Customized products (such as engraved rings, exclusive design custom models)
    The product has obvious signs of use, stains, scratches or human damage
    Returns that exceed the return period or are not applied for according to the process

  3. Return application time limit

IV. Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application:
Please submit a return and exchange application via email (Service@opulenzas.shop), attach the order number, reason for return and exchange, and product photos (if the product is damaged or sent by mistake).
Review and confirmation:
Customer service will review your request within 1-2 working days and send the return address and operation instructions.
Return the product:
Please return the product to our designated address within 14 days after receiving the confirmation and provide the logistics order number. It is recommended to use a trackable transportation method.
Refund processing:
We will complete the refund processing within 5-7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, and return it to your payment account by the original route.

  1. Shipping fee description
    Returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase) are borne by the customer
    Returns due to product quality issues or wrong delivery are borne by us (postage reimbursement)
    Exchanges (non-quality issues) are borne by the customer for round-trip shipping
  2. Refund description
    All refunds will be made after the product is returned and passes the quality inspection.
    The refund amount only includes the product price, excluding the original order shipping fee (if applicable).
    If a coupon or gift card is used to purchase, the refund amount will be refunded proportionally.
